History
K.M.B Telemarketing was established in 1990 in Brighton by an experienced telemarketer who recognised the industry need for a professional, ethical business with clear values.
The business relocated to the Midlands in the late 1990’s growing steadily and becoming a limited company in 2000. K.M.B is a long standing member of the Direct Marketing Association aligning closely to their core values.
Size
K.M.B is privately owned by its management team and is based in Redditch. It works from a 7 year old purpose built two storey building on a business park: all staff work from these premises. We currently have 50 staff, of which 40 are directly engaged in fee earning work and the balance are operational including HR managers, finance, IT and administration support staff. Our average staff member has been with us for 7 years: we find a model of using mature and experienced staff works well for us given the range, sensitivity and complexity of the work we do for our clients.

K.M.B Telemarketing has provided a full range of outbound telemarketing solutions predominately in a B2B marketing context throughout its 21 year history and has worked for a wide range of clients on a variety of marketing projects.
