I’m an award-winning Chartered PR consultant and I work with businesses and organisations, all shapes and sizes, to help build relationships, protect your reputation and communicate effectively both internally and externally. I have a vision, I want to help world-class organisations modernise their approach to public relations.

Glasgow PR consultancy, Aura, was formed in 2008 and operates out of Glasgow, working across the UK and beyond. Location doesn’t matter as much as it used to, with clients looking for a PR partner they can work with longer term, focusing on the experience and skills of the consultant. The consultancy has developed over the last nine years using entrepreneurial thinking, technology and business acumen to anticipate client needs and help clients evolve.

With over 17 years’ experience comes an understanding of what you need. Trust, transparency, value and results. I advise as if your business were my own.

I work with clients who need an independent expert who will work with them on very strategic and often sensitive elements of their organisations. I act like an extension of the team but I have the ability to be objective in my approach.

For smaller businesses, the day can be split into two half-days if preferred. The one-to-one working ensures focus, balance and a strategy which can be adopted following the session. In some cases, depending on the complexity of the business/organisation, more than one day will be required.

With the rise of citizen reporting on social media, news, incidents and more are often released via video or picture on a social platform and your crisis communications may not even have kicked in. The mainstream media then pick up and before you know it, you’ve got the general public drawing their own conclusions and media enquiries coming in thick and fast. Your reputation is fast flying out the window.
