Belinda Roberts Belinda Roberts founded Snowbell Management in 2001. Belinda has over 30 years experience in the beauty industry, including 15 corporate years in brand and product development, marketing and international business development positions at The Body Shop, Gillette, Cosmetics and Debenhams. Providing both strategic consultancy and hands on marketing, brand and product development, Belinda has developed valuable contacts in all areas of the supply chain. With an enviable network of established relationships across the industry, we stay current on how the retail environment is developing and identify the best opportunities for your brand.  We advise on expected trading terms including margins, launch requirements and expected sales and marketing support needed to establish and drive your brand.  Once a retail distribution plan is agreed and the sales presentation ready, we present your brand to buyers and negotiate terms.  When agreed, we manage the entire administrative process to ensure a smooth launch.  We also provide ongoing brand and account management post launch; managing sales and marketing campaigns, project managing 3rd party PR, training, in-store support, social media and logistics, visiting stores and meeting regularly to review progress.
